How is my privacy protected during the ordering process?
Next to providing an outstanding experience for our customers, protecting our customer’s privacy is our highest priority. Orders will appear on your credit card statement as being from “BZSHOP”. All orders ship in a plain, unmarked box. Our company name will not be visible on the shipping label, and the mailing address on the shipping label will be listed as the address of your order’s fulfillment center of origin. Order confirmation details and shipping updates will come from an “@bumooza.com” domain name. The contents of the box will not be visible in any way from the outside. Under no circumstances do we sell or distribute any of our customers’ data, including email addresses or personal information, with third parties.
Why should I sign up for your mailing list? Are you going to spam me?
We use our mailing list to inform our customers of exciting new products and offers. Additionally, being a part of our mailing list is the best way to get notified of any coupons, sales, or promotions that we are running. We love offering our customers discounts, and, like you, we hate spam. We typically do not send more than one message per week. When we do send out emails, we like to include coupons and offers as our way of thanking you for being a valued customer. You can sign up for our mailing list here.

When will “large” or other sizes be available for purchase?
As of right now, there is no set date in which additional sizes will become available for purchase. That being said, we hope to have size “large” available for purchase near the end of Q1 2019. If you would like to receive updates when more information is available, please subscribe to our mailing list.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our product, we do not currently accept returns of any kind. However, if you’ve received anything less than a A+ experience from us, do not hesitate to contact us so that we may have the opportunity to make things right. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!
Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?
Currently, we do not ship to countries outside of the United States, but we plan to in the future. Please subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates regarding the availability of international orders.
